DHS Defines Free Speech as Terrorism

Journalism, and free speech itself, may be the most dangerous threat to America, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The federal government wants you to believe that more terrifying than the malicious forces seeking to harm our nation and other individuals, could be your neighbors, friends, and even your own family. According to the DHS, misinformation increases public division, which could lead to potential violence. This means any law abiding U.S. citizens who publicly disagrees with the state will be subject to being labeled a threat to our democracy.

On February 7th, 2022, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released a National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin1 warning Americans of newly emerging domestic terrorist threats. These include anybody daring to speak against COVID-19 mandates, 5G technology, and election fraud. The Department of Homeland security cites both January 6th, 2021 and the recent attack on a synagogue in Colleyville, Texas, as results from discussing engaging in discussion of these topics online. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) demands that the American people question nothing, and adhere to the great narrative of our nation.

The DHS report names “online environments filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information (MDM) introduced and/or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors,” as the current threats to our free nation.

Mass Surveillance

Since 9/11 the United States government has had the justification to implement mass surveillance technology, as were they a proponent in the mislabeling of many Arabs as domestic threats simply for their ethnicity. Directly following the devastating attacks of 9/11, virtually anyone with a middle eastern background was subject to discrimination, some of the residual hysteria still even existing to this day. The same encouraged discrimination has reformed, this time targeting anyone wishing to speak against the great narrative of deception.

Facts should not be decided by an all-seeing entity, as each individual represents an important perspective which forms the diversity of our nation. The modern medical dictatorship views human diversity as a threat to their potential revenue, the inspiration behind the de-humanization of society, the destruction of free speech, and the suppression of American civil rights. Law-abiding American citizens, there is no reason one should feel guilty, or censor one’s actions, yet the federal government wants to hold the power to convince Americans they have the power to do that.

“If You See Something, Say Something® Report suspicious activity to local law enforcement or call 911.” warns the February 7th, 2022 DHS bulletin.

Journalism

Now, Journalists have become the next target of the federal government. The terrorism bulletin doesn’t just stop at journalists. Virtually anyone can be suspect of terrorism simply by representing dissent against state funded media. Anything can be branded as mis-information, dis-information, or mal-information (MDM) depending on the perspective and the context. Personal statements, and individual beliefs are even suspect to these crimes. With thought-reform now fully underway, the U.S. government seeks to silence anyone form of resistance in more ways than just de-platforming. Similar to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the Biden Administration seeks to label individuals as “criminals” who do not comply with the one-party narrative. These labels are designed to encourage self-censorship, and even pit residents against each other in attempts to correct improper thought.

Journalists have the power to hold an omnidirectional perspective, taking information from both sides to provide the read with enough information to make a personal decision for themselves. To feed the reader a specific narrative destroys the meaning, and impact of journalism. In China, journalists are arrest by the Chinese Communist Party simply for doing their job and viewing events through a non-biased lens. The majority of China’s media is state owned, or adheres to the state’s ideological stance, causing reporters and journalists to self-censor their own stories. This measure also ensures dissent will not be promoted through media, instead branding any resistance as terrorism.

DHS Bulletin

“The United States remains in a heightened threat environment fueled by several factors, including an online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information (MDM) introduced and/or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors.”

“These threat actors seek to exacerbate societal friction to sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions to encourage unrest, which could potentially inspire acts of violence.”

“Mass casualty attacks and other acts of targeted violence conducted by lone offenders and small groups acting in furtherance of ideological beliefs and/or personal grievances pose an ongoing threat to the nation.”

“While the conditions underlying the heightened threat landscape have not significantly changed over the last year, the convergence of the following factors has increased the volatility, unpredictability, and complexity of the threat environment:”

“(1) the proliferation of false or misleading narratives, which sow discord or undermine public trust in U.S. government institutions;”

“(2) continued calls for violence directed at U.S. critical infrastructure; soft targets and mass gatherings; faith-based institutions, such as churches, synagogues, and mosques; institutions of higher education; racial and religious minorities; government facilities and personnel, including law enforcement and the military; the media; and perceived ideological opponents; and”

“(3) calls by foreign terrorist organizations for attacks on the United States based on recent events.”

“The primary terrorism-related threat to the United States continues to stem from lone offenders or small cells of individuals who are motivated by a range of foreign and/or domestic grievances often cultivated through the consumption of certain online content”

“As COVID-19 restrictions continue to decrease nationwide, increased access to commercial and government facilities and the rising number of mass gatherings could provide increased opportunities for individuals looking to commit acts of violence to do so, often with little or no warning.”

“Meanwhile, COVID-19 mitigation measures—particularly COVID-19 vaccine and mask mandates—have been used by domestic violent extremists to justify violence since 2020 and could continue to inspire these extremists to target government, healthcare, and academic institutions that they associate with those measures.”

Domestic violent extremists have also viewed attacks against U.S. critical infrastructure as a means to create chaos and advance ideological goals, and have recently aspired to disrupt U.S. electric and communications critical infrastructure, including by spreading false or misleading narratives about 5G cellular technology

The Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Response

DHS and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) continue to share mass one-party narratives, developing various programs to raise awareness of the harmful effects of misinformation. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is funded with an endless supply of U.S. tax dollars, allowing hundreds of millions of dollars of federal grants issued to combat misinformation. As a result, our own income tax in being used to reform the accepted thought allowed in America.

Beyond funding our own mass censorship, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) now wishes to enlist the people to enforce their outrageous demands for compliance. Warning American citizens, anyone and everyone could be suspect of these crimes, the increased fear has provoked the majority to seek a higher institution to protect them against these threats. Those who’s perspectives do not with the Department of Homeland Security’s tyrannical propaganda, will themselves become complicit in domestic terrorism, allowing serious legal actions to be taken.

“DHS’s Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships (CP3) provides communities with resources and tools to help prevent individuals from radicalizing to violence. In 2021, CP3 awarded about $20 million in grants through its Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention Grant Program. CP3 also partners with local communities to raise awareness about how to prevent violence.”

“In 2021, DHS designated domestic violent extremism as a ‘National Priority Area’ within its Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP), resulting in at least $77 million being spent on preventing, preparing for, protecting against, and responding to related threats.”

“In 2021, DHS’s Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) provided $180 million in funding to support target hardening and other physical security enhancements to non-profit organizations at high risk of terrorist attack.”

“DHS is working with public and private sector partners, as well as foreign counterparts, to identify and evaluate MDM, including false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories spread on social media and other online platforms that endorse or could inspire violence.”

Conclusion

While the promoted fear is that individual’s diverse thoughts have the ability to encourage or produce violence and other negative consequences, the state should be the one whose thoughts are publicly analyzed. The state has forced human compliance to a single narrative, while seeking to destroy alternative forms of thought, boosting state revenue and civil obedience. What is to say that it will end here? What started in China as the “people’s liberation” quickly became a state of authoritarianism demanding inhumane compliance, which has now digitized and begun to global infect all nations around the world.

At this point, America may have moved beyond the dangers of the initial outbreak and into a new era of pandemic, one that demands compliance to the great narrative. The Digital Cultural Revolution is now in full effect, where the state attempted to convince the people a need for a great purge, removing all dissent, labeling resistance as a danger to the stability of our future. As if a segment right out of Mao’s “Little Red Book”, the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) goal is to spread fear, paranoia, threats, and more in exchange for the total compliance of our nation. The ambiguity and adaptivity of the terms “terrorist” and “domestic terrorist” allow the federal government to justify the persecution of dissent, resistance, and forbidden information. How far will our nation drift into the influence of Mao Zedong, or the modern-day Xi Jinping, before Americans begin to realize the menacing compliance being demanded of the free citizens of America is domestic terrorism in itself?

Our federal government are the largest, most heavily resourced domestic terrorists in our nation, literally feeding their own families off of the fear and compliance of the American populous. Humanity deserves the dignity, and freedom, to make their own educated decisions between what is right and wrong, what is fact or fiction, and to differentiate between truth and fabrication. Anything less is an insult to the diversity of the individuals of this nation. Should a single entity determine the total spectrum of allowed human thought? Can controversial topics be discussed without violence? What is the federal government so afraid of?
