In one of the most unthinkable and evil acts to the same animal as America’s “Snoopy”, Dr. Fauci has been caught in disgusting acts including painful torture, mutilation, cordectomies, and the slow-death execution of 44 Beagle puppies.
There is no science worth the torture of domestic animals. (The scientists cut the dog’s vocal cords so they would not have to listen to their cries.) Healthy beagle puppies were given an experimental drug before being infested with flies carrying parasites toxic to both the dogs and humans. The flies would literally begin to eat the dog alive from the outside. This method of animal torture provides no useful benefit to human research.
“Our investigators show that Fauci’s NIH division shipped part of a $375,800 grant to a lab in Tunisia to drug beagles and lock their heads in mesh cages filled with hungry sand flies so that the insects could eat them alive,” White Coat Waste said.
Similar to his anti-American tactics of the past, Dr. Fauci moved his research to Tunisia where it would be easier to torture the animals, off U.S. soil. This move correlates to his decision to move his gain of function research to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, handing over American research and ills that property to the Communist Party of China.
Another method in Fauci’s murder chamber involved drugging the beagle puppies and locking their heads in mesh cages. Inside the mesh cages scientists inserted sand flies, which begin to eat them alive. Fauci is should be dethroned, deplatformed, stripped of his medical license and punished to the fullest extent of American law for his atrocities and both animals and humanity.

The federal government “awarded” $424,455 taken from the taxpayers. Americans hard earned tax dollars were used to fund animal abuse funded by the U.S. government.

“Award amounts” is defined by USASpending.gov as “how much the government has spent on this award”. The word “award” is used to loosely define “stolen from taxpayers money that could’ve gone towards far greater causes.” What American would choose to fund animal torture over infrastructure or any other possible use of those funds? Should it be at the will of the people where their tax dollars go?
The Award Amounts, show an “obligated amount” of $424,455 U.S. tax dollars spent on this sick animal experimentation.
Who funded this?
The Department of Health and Human Services “Awarded” the University of Georgia Research Foundation to conduct the despicable abuse. They “rewarded” the University of Georgia Research Foundation, in Athens Georgia, to conduct this study.
Torture was, and is, tax exempt. Fully funded by the American government with stolen tax money from American pockets.
This sick charade will last until January 2022, providing the demented individuals with the ability to abuse and mutilate puppies. What ethics apply to the lives of dogs? what medical situation is so dire it requires sadistic torture of innocent creatures?
The “Period of Performance”, as stated, exists from September 16, 2020 until January 15, 2022. That means this twisted technology is still being implemented upon the same animals we have living in our homes. This operation was entirely funded and executed by a U.S owned business, without foreign funding, of any kind.
Defending the Defenseless: Fighting Back
Photographic evidence was released by White Coat Waste, a group who exposed the horrors inside Fauci’s laboratory via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
The vaccination report read “The second round of [redacted], was administered Dec. 17. [redacted] were without incident with one important exception. The 4 animals in the “blue” group all vocalized in pain upon administration of [redacted] This did not happen during this first [redacted] in November, nor did this happen with any other group. Upon physical exam on Dec. 23, all animals were bright, alert, and responsive.”
Inside the documents, revealed Federal accounts depicting funds “obligated” of $424,455.00 to the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). This money, funded by the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), would be use for the torture of America’s energetic and carefree companions.
The fight back has only just begun. Fauci’s evil and disgusting act has created a wrath of public controversy. On October 12th, 2021 members of Congress, citing Dr. Fauci by name, drafted an official inquiry targeting Fauci, demanding details of the study itself. This concern officially questions what it is Fauci was really doing with those dogs in the Tunisian lab.
The congressional inquiry reads, “We were with grave concerns about reports of costly, cruel, and unnecessary taxpayer-funded experiments on dogs commissioned by the National Institues of Allergy and Infectious Diseases”
“According to documents obtained via a Freedom of Information Act request by taxpayer watchdog group White Coat Waste Project, and subsequent media coverage, from October 2018 until February 2019, NIAID spent $1.68 million in taxpayer funds on drug tests involving 44 beagle puppies. The dogs were all between six and eight months old. The commissioned tests involved injecting and force-feeding the puppies an experiemntal drug for several weeks, before killing and dissecting them.”
“Of particular concern is the fact that the invoice to NIAID included a line item for ‘cardectomy.’ As you are likely aware, a cordectomy, also known as a ‘devocalization,’ involves slitting a dog’s vocal cords in order to prevent them from barking, howling, or crying. This cruel procedure—which is opposed with rare exception by the American Veterinary Medical Association, the American Animal Hospital Association, and others.—seems to have been performed so that experimenters would not have to listen to the pained cries of the beagle puppies. This is reprehensible misuse of taxpayer funds.”
“While documents state the ostensible purpose of this study was ‘to provide data of suitable quality and integrity to support application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory agencies”‘ the FDA itself has recently stated that it ‘does not mandate that human drugs be studied in dogs’ This is apparently not the first time NIAID has commissioned drug tests to dogs in recent years.”
In light of above, please provide the following information by November 19th:
- “How many drug tests involving dogs have been funded by NIAID since January 2018?
How much taxpayer money has been spent on this testing?” - “Since the Food and Drug Administration has clearly stated that it does not require dog testing for new drugs, why has NIAID continue to commission testing on dogs?”
- “What has NIAID done to explore the use of non-canine and non-animal alternative to meet FDA data requirements? Please describe in detail.”
- “Has NIAID ever made any dogs available for adoption after the conclusion of an experiment or testing? If so how many? If no, why not?”
- “Why has NIAID contracted for cordectomies when they appear to be scientifically and medically unnecessary? What is the average cost for each cordectomy performed?”
It concluded, “Thank you for your attention to this matter. It is our duty to ensure the responsible stewardship of taxpayer dollars. We look forward to your prompt and thorough response.”

Conclusion
While animal testing in mice, or lab rats provide the medical field advantages to develop new medical technology before beginning clinical trials on humans, where should the line be drawn for scientific research?
Who should decide where our tax money goes? Could that $424,455 be better invested elsewhere? Why should taxpayers be forced to fund horrific lethal experiments on what many dog-owning Americans would consider members of their family?
The demented Dr. Fauci’s sick and twisted animal torture experimentations have resulted in absolutely no medical advancement in humanity. Instead it allowed the vile treatment of animals from the disgusting creature himself, causing backlash from human beings across the world.
Dr. Fauci must be stripped of his rights to practice medicine, canceled, and publicly shamed. Dr. Fauci should be incarcerated for his crimes on multiple fronts. Will the American people see justice from his inhumane experimentations and reckless behavior?
