Fox 26 whistleblower, Ivory Hecker, has secretly recorded phone calls with Fox 26 Houston Vice President and News Director, Susan Schiller, and Assistant News Director, Lee Meier. Ivory Hecker made an on-air announcement regarding her intent to inform Project Veritas of the behind-the scenes corruption.
Project Veritas, the project of James O’Keefe, has been making waves since it’s inception a over a decade ago. Project Veritas exposes corporate corruption in Businesses and Mainstream Media, using Whistleblowers, or employees who witness first-hand corruption. These Whistleblowers approach Project Veritas and are sent in with hidden cameras, and recording devices to capture evidence and expose to the public what is really going on behind the scenes.
In the case of Fox 26, the corruption involved manipulation and censorship of News Information to maintain viewership. This degrades the reliability and credibility of the entire network, similar to their recent exposure of CNN. Project Veritas has many different instances of Whistleblowers exposing public deception and corruption from “trusted names in news” like the video from CNN’s Cary Poarch.
After Ivory’s on-air announcement, she received a call from Lee Meier informing her of her immediate suspension.

Fox 26 has since released a statement that it “adheres to the highest editorial standards of accuracy and impartiality. This incident involves nothing more than a disgruntled former employee seeking publicity by promoting a false narrative produced through selective editing and misrepresentation.”
In the fight against Mainstream Media, “content is king”, stated James O’Keefe. It is the accumulation of physical evidence that brings to light and reflects the lies and deception of Americans modern “trusted” sources of information. When misinformation and disinformation is more accessible than the truth, we begin to question the very reality our perception exists in. It is that distorted reality that influences our mindset, and contributes to our nation’s divide. It’s up to the very people who work to propagate these dishonest corporations and news outlets that have become America’s greatest resource in uncovering the truth. It’s operations like Project Veritas that help make a major impact, forcing News outlets to think twice before deceiving their own viewers. At the end of the day, it is up to those viewers to them on air, and in business. Americans seek truth, not deception.
