The Plan to Alter Earth’s Orbit

Just when you thought an idea couldn’t get worse than Bill Gate’s financial funding to essentially “block out the sun”, also known as the Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment (SCoPEx), which would have potentially reflected sunlight out of Earth’s atmosphere, by spraying non-toxic calcium carbonate (CaCO3) dust into our atmosphere, which would trigger a global cooling effect, comes the latest diabolical suggestion:

Altering the Orbit of the Moon around the Earth, or altering the Orbit of the Earth around the Sun, in order to combat Global Warming.

That’s just what Louie Gohmert suggested at a Congressional Hearing, stating: I understand, from what’s been testified to the Forest Service and the BLM, you want very much to work on the issue of climate change,” referring to the Bureau of Land Management.

Louie Gohmer suggests altering the orbit of the Moon, or Earth, to combat Climate Change

“I was informed by the immediate past director of NASA that they’ve found that the moon’s orbit is changing slightly and so is the Earth’s orbit around the sun. We know there’s been significant solar flare activity,” said. “And so, is there anything that the National Forest Service or BLM can do to change the course of the moon’s orbit or the Earth’s orbit around the sun? Obviously, that would have profound effects on our climate.”

Gohmert clarified, in a tweet, the term “BLM” stands for Bureau of Land Management.

Representative Ted Lieu suggested a more realistic alternative to altering the natural orbit of the Moon:

Changing the orbit of Earth isn’t something America would agree to, but suggestions like this show the desperation of our Government to fund and combat Global Warming. Regardless of your Climate Change stance, permanent alternation of the planetary alignment would be irreparably detrimental to the future of the human race, as would spraying artificial particles in the atmosphere to reflect the sun.
