On September 23rd, 2025, Daniel F. Donovan, Counsel for Alphabet Inc., responded to a subpoena from the House Judiciary Committee, admitting to fraudulent practices and crimes of moral turpitude. Here, Alphabet Inc. capitulated to the pressures of the Biden Administration and banned content creators from expressing their views, (Judiciary.House.gov). Specifically, Alphabet Inc. targeted alternative narratives to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic, and silenced political opposition, (Judiciary.House.gov). During this time, Alphabet Inc. shifted the foundation of objective reality using Google’s third-party fact checkers. Conversely, Daniel F. Donovan, Counsel for Alphabet Inc., responded that YouTube has not, nor will, employ third-party fact checkers for YouTube content, (Judiciary.House.gov). And Alphabet pledges to maintain these commitments indefinitely; although the company did not disclose if alternative practices will be adopted to direct users to curated content.
The equivocation of factual information led to countless vaccine injuries and deaths as a result of the experimental concoctions administered by the major pharmaceutical companies. These novel mRNA injections were broadcasted to the masses, unopposed, leading the majority of Americans to believe that COVID-19 vaccines were safe and effective. The Physician Luke reminds us “[f]or there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open. Therefore consider carefully how you listen,” (NIV, 2011, Luke 8:17-18a). Here, Alphabet Inc.’s allowance of censorship for alternative narratives led to the deplatforming of Alex Jones, and many other prominent independent voices. As of September 25th, 2025, Alex Jones has been replatformed, and the company vows its commitment is unwavering and that it “will not bend to political pressure,” (Judiciary.House.gov).
Moreover, Donovan’s testimony reveals that the Biden Administration was willing to deceive the citizens who elected him to office, alongside every other American. Ex-President Joe Biden’s presidential pardon of Anthony Fauci prevents legal recourse from being taken by the citizens who were harmed due to conscious administrative negligence. YouTube supports 490,000 full-time American jobs, that contributed $55 billion to the U.S. economy during 2024, (Judiciary.House.gov). Donovan noted “as of December 2024, YouTube retired the remaining standalone COVID-19 policies and allowed discussion of various treatments,” (Judiciary.House.gov). But the harrowing realization is that the retirement of the censorship for alternative treatments came far too late; damage has been incurred to the American civic body, and lives have been lost.
